Born in Constance in 1966, founder and owner of H&C Stader GmbH, he holds a doctorate in history.
After studying and conducting research in Italy, he began his professional career as a career changer at the savings bank associations in Stuttgart and Hanover, initially in the archives department, then as a press and public relations officer. As press spokesman for Citibank Germany, he communicated during the Lehman crisis and accompanied the rebranding to Targobank.
As a “thoroughbred historian,” he then turned his professional attention to his mission of history and what we can learn from it. “Creating added value with history” has been his motto ever since. As a historian, he is therefore committed to successful company anniversaries and sustainable history communication. With the founding of the history agency H&C Stader GmbH History & Communication in 2013, he professionalized these services. He prepares expert reports on Nazi history, organizes workshops to prepare for company anniversaries, and appears as a speaker at events. Ingo Stader is a member of the advisory board of the Center for History & Corporate Communication and a co-initiator and member of the steering committee of the DPRG working group on history communication.

Born in Eisenhüttenstadt in 1974, he studied biotechnology and then completed training as an IT specialist. This was followed by specializations at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce as an energy specialist (2011-2012) and business economist (2014-2015). He wrote his thesis on the topic of “Concept for the strategic development of H&C Stader GmbH.”
From 2003 to 2020, Ingo Fiedler worked as a billing clerk in the energy supply industry. Since 2016, he has been supporting H&C Stader GmbH in the area of finance and controlling, initially on a part-time basis. Since 2020, Ingo Fiedler has been responsible for commercial management, initially as an authorized signatory and, since August 2021, as managing director.

Born in Karlsruhe in 1990, he studied history and global history in Heidelberg from 2010 to 2015, subsequently obtaining a PhD.
Max Schlenker has been a project team member at H&C Stader since 2016 and a member of the management board (authorized signatory) since 2022. Max Schlenker is responsible for the entire History & Communication division. Operationally, his focus is on text work and anniversary management. He oversees all book projects and acts as the main author (including Andritz AG, KUKA AG).
Thanks to his many years of project experience, Max Schlenker can draw on a broad and diverse range of expertise and considers himself an outstanding communications expert.

Born in Bonn in 1984, she studied medieval and modern history as well as historical auxiliary sciences and archival science at the University of Bonn from 2005 to 2013. He then held various positions in museums and archives (including the D. Swarovski KG company archive and the LVR Open Air Museum in Kommern) and from 2015 to 2017 completed a research internship at the Museum of German Inland Navigation in Duisburg.
Matthias Schlösser has been supporting the team at H&C Stader GmbH as a certified project manager and project leader since 2017. He has been a member of the management board (authorized signatory) since 2022 and is responsible for the Archive Services division, including all archive projects at H&C Stader Archiv GmbH. His main areas of focus are the restructuring of company archives and archive consulting, as well as the management of archive information systems (migration projects) (including for the Arolsen Archives, Hochtief Aktiengesellschaft, and Messer SE & Co. KGaA). In addition, he supervises analog and digital exhibition projects (including DekaBank, Keller Grundbau GmbH, and the ROSEN Group) and is a trainer for media and information services specialists (FaMI).

Paula Schubert studied cultural anthropology/folklore at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz from 2016 to 2022. Her master's thesis examined the life reform perspectives on meat consumption and society in the interwar period, using the magazine Das Reformhaus as an example.
After an internship at Hessischer Rundfunk and freelance work at the Junges Museum Frankfurt and the Wiesbaden City Archives, she completed a research internship at the Bielefeld History Museum. There, she curated her own exhibition on the cultural history of milk since the 19th century and was co-curator of the major special exhibition “Oder kann das weg? #Wegwerfen #Wiederverwenden #Wertschätzen” (Or can it go? #Throwaway #Reuse #Appreciate).
In 2023/24, she was spokesperson for the internship working group of the Museum Association of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Since January 2026, Paula Schubert has been responsible for marketing and customer relations at H&C Stader.

Born in Stuttgart in 1962, she completed her training as a retail saleswoman from 1982 to 1985. She then worked in merchandise management at Holy's Herrenmoden in Stuttgart, where she was promoted to department manager in 1988. After working as an office specialist for a year, she was responsible for course management at the Heidelberg Adult Education Center from 1993 to 2003. In addition to course management and departmental secretarial duties, her responsibilities included lecturer and customer support. After several years of self-employment with an Italian specialty shop in Reutlingen, she returned to course management at the training provider praxisDienste.
Kornelia-Betty Heinzl has been working in telemarketing since 2010, serving as team leader at Gabriele Pfeifer Telefonmarketing from 2012 to 2018. In this role, she has also been supporting H&C Stader as an external partner since 2016. Kornelia-Betty Heinzl joined the H&C Stader team in 2019, working in marketing and customer relations.

She studied medieval and modern history and philosophy at the University of Mannheim from 2003 to 2014 and wrote her master's thesis on “The impact of bourgeois role models on the working and everyday lives of proletarian female factory workers in the Grand Duchy of Baden.”
She gained her first practical experience through internships in museums, editorial offices, and archives, and has been supporting the H&C Stader team since 2016. Initially as an intern and then, after successfully completing a trainee program, as a corporate history specialist in the research and archives project team. Here, she is responsible for the internal management of her projects.
Her areas of expertise include processing inquiries and archiving documents and images. She is also acquiring knowledge of long-term digital archiving through further training.

Born in Munich in 1995, she studied history and classical archaeology at Heidelberg University from 2014 to 2017, focusing on labor and Nazi history. From 2021 to 2023, she was a research assistant in the research project “Single Women,” “Girlfriends,” “Women Who Love Women” – Lesbian* Lives in Southwest Germany (ca. 1920s-1970s). In her dissertation, she examines single mothers in Baden and Württemberg during National Socialism.
Since March 2023, Mirijam Schmidt has been part of the H&C Stader team as a corporate history specialist.

Born in 1990, he studied history and German language and literature at Heidelberg University from 2010 to 2018. He then completed his doctoral studies in Heidelberg. In his dissertation, which is currently in preparation for printing, he examines the leading post-war civil service within the three predecessor states of Baden-Württemberg between 1945 and 1952 from a collective biographical perspective. His publications focus on the regional history of southwestern Germany, university history, and the history of right-wing radicalism.
Since March 2022, Viktor Fichtenau has been supporting the H&C Stader team as a corporate history specialist in archive and anniversary projects.

Born in Heidelberg in 1992, she studied history and Romance languages (French) at Heidelberg University from 2011 to 2015, completing her bachelor's degree. She then went on to complete a German-French master's degree in history at EHESS in Paris and Heidelberg University from 2015 to 2017. During her studies, she worked as a documentalist at the Historical Museum of the Palatinate in Speyer until 2018, including for the INTERREG project “The First World War in the Upper Rhine Region / La Grande Guerre dans le Rhin Supérieur” until 2015.
Since 2018, she has been working on her doctorate on “The Internment of Civilians in Germany and France during the First World War.”
Since December 2018, Cora Tremmel-Umstätter has been supporting the H&C Stader team as a corporate history specialist in the archives department. Her focus is on archiving written documents and image material, as well as long-term digital archiving and records management.

Born in Papenburg in 1989, she studied history and French at the universities of Hamburg and Bordeaux from 2008 to 2014. She then completed her doctorate on the transformation of archival work, using the example of the Prussian State Archives in Schleswig-Holstein (1870-1947).
She also held various other positions. She worked as a student tutor, research assistant, French teacher, and in various corporate and state archives. She gained experience in exhibition design and anniversary organization when she was responsible for the 150th anniversary of the Schleswig-Holstein State Archives. Most recently, she completed her archival traineeship for the higher archival service at the Marburg Archival School, among other places.
Since August 2024, Sarah Bartenstein has been supporting the Hamburg team at H&C Stader, contributing her expertise in both History & Communication and Archives Services.

Born in Berlin in 1988, he studied history and public law at Heidelberg University. In addition to internships in the field of archiving, he worked as a freelancer in the sports editorial department for DIE RHEINPFALZ.
After an internship, he initially worked as a working student from 2017. Hannes Elstermann joined the H&C Stader team as a corporate history specialist in October 2019. As a member of the H&C Stader writing workshop, his focus is on the conception, creation, and editing of analog and digital publications, including as project manager for publications by Diringer & Scheidel GmbH and pfenning logistics. He also supports H&C Stader's acquisition and marketing activities and manages the company's website.

Born in Stuttgart in 1995, she studied historical cultural studies, contemporary history, and media in Passau and Vienna. During her studies, she completed various internships in museums and archives, including at the Lake Dwelling Museum on Lake Constance and at Deutschlandradio in Cologne.
After a successful internship at our Hamburg office, Jessica Drews joined the H&C Stader team as a corporate history specialist in 2020 and has been working at our Berlin office since April 2022. Her responsibilities include developing concepts and measures for history communication and overseeing specific project components, in particular interviews with contemporary witnesses, anniversary films, and podcasts. She is also a member of the H&C Stader writing workshop team.

Born in Schwäbisch Hall in 1996, she studied history and Romance languages (French) at Heidelberg University from 2015 to 2021 (master's degree program for teaching at secondary schools) and spent a semester abroad studying the multidisciplinary program “Humanités” at the University of Strasbourg. During her teaching internship and several school placements, she gained experience in teaching and analyzing historical content, particularly Nazi history.
She has been supporting the H&C Stader team since January 2024. After successfully completing her trainee program, she is now involved in archive and anniversary projects and is also part of the social media team.

Born in Waldshut-Tiengen in 1993, he studied history and political science at the University of Mannheim from 2014 to 2018. He graduated with a B.A. in July 2018 with a thesis entitled “Forced labor at Daimler-Benz Mannheim by prisoners of the Sandhofen concentration camp.” After a successful internship at H&C Stader, he supported the archive team as a working student on the Hapag-Lloyd archiving project.
In August 2018, Tim Güntert began his two-year training as a specialist for media and information services (FaMI) at H&C Stader, which he successfully completed in July 2020. Since then, he has been supporting the H&C Stader team primarily with ongoing and new archiving projects.

Born in Achern in 1987. After training as a mechatronics engineer, he studied history and historical sciences at Heidelberg University. There, he also worked as a research assistant on the project “History and Foundation of the Hans Thoma Prize.” He was also a student assistant at the Badische Landesbibliothek (Baden State Library) and completed several internships, including at the Badisches Landesmuseum (Baden State Museum) in Karlsruhe, the Haus der Geschichte Baden-Württemberg (House of History Baden-Württemberg) in Stuttgart, and the Generallandesarchiv Karlsruhe (State Archives of Karlsruhe). From 2020 to 2023, he worked for the Generallandesarchiv Karlsruhe on the project “Gurs 1940. The Deportation of the Jewish Population from Baden, the Palatinate, and the Saarland.”
After a successful internship, Simon Metz joined the H&C Stader team in January 2020. His research focuses on the history of National Socialism and its politics of the past. He is a specialist in researching archives and libraries. His research has contributed to various book projects, including publications for KUKA, Dürr, RUAG, Diringer und Scheidel, and Andritz. Most recently, he was part of the research team for the exhibition “Seit's um Geld geht – 200 Jahre Sparkasse Rhein Neckar Nord” (When it comes to money – 200 years of Sparkasse Rhein Neckar Nord).

Born in Karlsruhe in 1998. Studied at Heidelberg University from 2017 to 2025, initially completing a bachelor's degree in history with a minor in political science, followed by a master's degree in history. He obtained his bachelor's degree with a thesis on the NSDAP in the Reichstag. In his master's thesis, he examined the communist members of the state parliament in what is now Baden-Württemberg and emigration to the GDR. From 2021 to 2025, he worked as an assistant at the Reichspräsident-Friedrich-Ebert-Gedenkstätte foundation in Heidelberg.
After a three-month internship, he joined the H&C Stader team as a working student in October 2024. Since 2026, he has been working as an Archive & Corporate History Specialist at H&C Stader.

Born in Frankfurt (Oder) in 1981, she completed her vocational baccalaureate diploma in economics and administration in 1999. This was followed by 10 years of freelance work, including training as an insurance specialist at DKV. In mid-2009, she moved to Santander Consumer Bank AG, became a customer advisor, and remained there for 13 years.
Ms. Jäkel has been supporting archivalism GmbH since April 2023. With the takeover in December 2025, she is now also part of H&C Stader GmbH. Her responsibilities continue to be in the area of finance.

Born in Hamburg in 1969, he completed vocational training as a shipping agent at Hapag-Lloyd AG in Hamburg from 1989 to 1991 and studied medieval and modern history and musicology at the University of Hamburg from 1991 to 1999. During his studies, he completed several internships in museums and archives, including the Hamburg State Archives. After returning to Hapag-Lloyd AG, he was part of the Company Records team, where he was responsible for the company archives and press analysis. Frank Glashoff has been Corporate History Specialist at H&C Stader GmbH in Hamburg since December 2018.

Born in Hamburg in 1978, he studied social and economic history, political science, and medieval and modern history at the University of Hamburg from 1999 to 2006. During his studies, he worked as a research assistant at the University of Hamburg's History Department, focusing on social and economic history in the German History section.
After graduating, he worked as a historian in the marketing and communications department of Hamburger Hochbahn AG. There, he built up the historical archive and was responsible for historical corporate communications, in particular the history marketing campaign “100 Years Looking to the Future,” which ran until 2012.
Ab 2014 war er als selbständiger Historiker mit den Schwerpunkten History Marketing, historische Unternehmenskommunikation und Archivaufbau tätig. Dabei realisierte er zahlreiche Jubiläumspublikationen, baute Archive auf und setzte einige Ausstellungen um.
Seit Januar 2023 ist Daniel Frahm Corporate History Consultant der H&C Stader GmbH am Standort Hamburg.

Born in Heidelberg in 1995, she studied history with a focus on modern history in Darmstadt from 2020 to 2024. During her studies, she completed various internships, including one at a large agency for corporate history publishing. Her thesis dealt with the imperial steamship service of Hapag and NDL between Germany and East Asia between 1900 and 1903.
After a successful three-month internship at H&C Stader until March 2023, she supported the Hamburg team as a working student and, after completing her studies, has been a permanent member of the archive team since July 2024. Her main areas of focus are processing inquiries, archiving, creating archiving guidelines, and writing historical articles.

Born in Klaipėda, Lithuania, in 1998, he studied history and media and communication studies at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf from 2017 to 2023. At the same time, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Eastern European History.
In his final theses, Jokūbas Gaučius examined the culture of remembrance of the Shoah in Ukraine using the example of the crimes in Babyn Yar from 1941–43 (bachelor's thesis) and the culture of remembrance of the Stalinist deportations in the Lithuanian SSR from 1941 and 1945–53 (master's thesis). After completing his studies, he completed a six-month archival internship at Vetter Pharma-Fertigung GmbH & Co. KG in Ravensburg.
Since August 2024, Jokūbas Gaučius has been supporting the H&C Stader archive team as a trainee in media and information services.

Born in Eberbach in 2000, he has been studying at Heidelberg University since 2018, initially pursuing a bachelor's degree in history with a minor in classical philology (Latin), and now a master's degree in history.
During his studies, he has worked as a student assistant at the Heidelberg Academy of Sciences, at the Research Center for History and Cultural Heritage, and through the SFB “1671 Heimat(en)” at the Chair of Early Medieval and Historical Basic Sciences. He also teaches as a student tutor accompanying the proseminars on the Middle Ages at the Department of History at Heidelberg University.
After a two-month internship, he has been supporting the H&C Stader team as a working student since November 2025.
